System of accurate dispensing – POWERDOS
System POWERDOS effectively replaces hand addition of additives and dusty pigments in small amounts during production of bulk mixtures.
Is modular based, works fully automatic. Can be driven independently by system POWERDOS or can be integrated into driving system of the whole equipment. Enables accuracy of dosification up to ± 1 g of powders during the whole dosification process within range 2 – 25.000 g.
System of fibre dispensing – FIBERDOS
FIBERDOS is flexibly usable dispensing system of fully automatic dosification of fibres into processing of bulk material. Is ideal for dispensing of plastic, pulp and glass fibres from 100 µm to 8 mm.
Dosification output can be up to 150 – 300 g / 6s with achievable accuracy up to ± 20 g.
FIBERDOS is possible to install variably, optionally also afterwords. From point of cost minimization and increase of process speed optimized way is direct placement over the mixer or on the scale of main components. Another option is its connection as additional module to dosification system POWERDOS.
Rotary feeders and tourniquets
Rotary feeders and tourniquets are equipment for managed dosification of bulk material into pneumatic transport or technology units. We propose and supply these equipment independently or into designed technology units.
