Tensiometric weight is adjusted for implementation to technology lines for processing of bulk material. Mostly are used for weighing before mixing or homogenization equipment.
Weighing hopper, usually designed in cylindric shape with conical bottom, is placed on three tensiometric weighing blocks with fixed determination by clearance and dilatation. Weighing blocks are placed on bearing frame, dimensioned according to requested weighing. Incoming pipes and bottom outlet neck are equipped with closing valve with pneumatic drive.
Weigh can have its own independent evaluation unit, or is integrated into the driving system of weighing technology devices.
Weighing is 100 – 2000 kg, accuracy class usually 0,1 %.
